Congratulations to Professor Lily Sun and Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu, for demonstrating the ‘way of the dragon’ at the Melbourne International Film Festival.
Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu was officially invited by MIFF organisers to perform an in-cinema kung fu show for the world premiere screening of Iron Fists and Kung Fu Kicks on 14 August 2019 at the Capitol Theatre.
Iron Fists and Kung Fu Kicks documents the untold story of how kung fu films became a global phenomenon, busting box offices and breaking barriers since the 1960s.
The team from the Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu headed by our school principle Professor Sun generated excitement for the audience at the world premier and the performance was extremely successful.
