Custom Design
All our taichi and qigong classes are designed and supervised by Professor Lily Sun, 8th Duan Professor of Chinese Martial Arts, Wuhan University. Working in conjunction with a range of specially trained instructors to provide you with the perfect taichi based mind-body exercise program.
Our classes can include:
Qigong breathing and meditation techniques
Strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises
Wushu or taichi martial applications
Wushu or taichi forms either barehand and weaponry including taichi straight sword, wushu sabre, taichi spear, taichi fan or cudgel.
Whether you are looking for a more explosive program through Wushu, or a gentler experience through Taichi or Qigong, we have programs to suit all ages and fitness levels.
